The 10 towers stand on a 28.7-acre township built around an 11-acre central green. That green zone is the main outdoor feature of the plan. The homes sit at Velimela, near Kollur and Tellapur, in West Hyderabad. The site opens onto a 100-foot road off the Outer Ring Road service road, and ORR Exit 2 is about 1.5 km away. Kokapet and Neopolis are around 5 km away. The Financial District is about 7 km away, Wipro Circle is around 9 km, and Gachibowli is about 12 km. HITEC City is roughly 18 km away, and Hyderabad Airport is about 30 km via the ORR.
